The City of College Park Customer Service Department offices are located in the City Hall Complex at 3667 Main Street.

The City of College Park provides electric, water, sewer and sanitation services to all business and residential customers in the city. The professional staff of the Customer Service Department process utility payments, start up new services, close accounts and respond to customer billing inquiries. A deposit is required to open all new accounts and is refunded when the account is closed. For customer convenience, payments can be made inside, at the drive through window or after hours in the night deposit box.

The Customer Service Department is located on the first floor of City Hall and is open 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. The Drive-Up Window is also open from 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM Monday - Friday for after hours connections.

College Park Now Accepting Debit Cards for Utility Payments
For your convenience utility bills may now be paid with debit cards at the cashier windows inside City Hall. We have had many requests for this payment method and hope that this service will be beneficial to our customers.
