College Park Power Goes "GREEN"

College Park Power is going "Green", Green Power that is.  Because of a desire by Woodward Academy to certify their latest building as a LEED-certified Green Building, Woodward Academy approached College Park Power to investigate providing "Green Power" as an option.  ("Green Power" is power generated by cleaner, renewable resources such as solar, wind, biomass or landfill gas). College Park Power has partnered with Green Mountain Energy to become the first MEAG city provider to offer a "Green Power" program.  Coming in August, College Park Power will begin offering "Green Power" to all of its customers who wish to pay for helping the environment.  More details will be available soon on how you can join the "Green Power" team.
