The Golf Academy at College Park
The Academy of College Park was dedicated in May 2007.  It was established with support from the Larry Nelson/Joe Inman Foundation.  Its goal is to positively impact the lives of College Park's young people by providing an educational program that promotes character development and life-enhancing values through the game of golf. Request for Proposal Issued for Downtown College Park LCI
The City of College Park is accepting proposals to complete the Activity Center LCI Study for Downtown College Park.  Copies of this Request for Proposal are available at the Purchasing Department and Development Department from 8am to 5pm on Monday through Friday and by clicking on the link below.


Main Street Post Office Set to Close on Saturdays

The Mayor and City Council members of the City of College Park met in regular session on March 6, 2007 and adopted the attached resolution requesting the United States Postal Service to continue the Saturday operating hours for the College Park Post Office.  The resolution was mailed to: Postmaster, 3900 Crown Road, Room 2402, Atlanta, GA. 30334.  College Park officials encourage all citizens who feel the same to please write a letter of support to the above address.

College Park Surplus Items Sold Online
The City of College Park now utilizes the online auction site, GovDeals, to sell its surplus items.  GovDeals only has items being sold by government agencies, but anyone is allowed to register and bid.  If you would like to buy surplus government items, then go to http://www.govdeals.com and register to be a bidder.


Annexation Information
The people living in unincorporated South Fulton County have just a short period left to decide if they would like to have their property annexed into one of the existing cities in the county.

Curfew Reminder

The City of College Park wishes to remind its residents
and visitors about the Curfew for Minors Ordinance.  It is unlawful for minors (anyone under 17 years of age) to remain on the street from 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM with a few exceptions.  Click here to read the entire ordinance.
